The enquiry form takes four things and uses them for one purpose. This page says which four, what we do with them, and how to make us delete them.
The enquiry form asks for your name, your facility (optional), your email address, and what you tell us about your menu. It also records which page you sent it from. Those are the only fields, and we add nothing else of our own.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is what stops it being used to send us junk. To do that it loads a script from Cloudflare and checks your connection — your IP address and some signals about your browser go to Cloudflare, not to us. We see only whether the check passed.
To reply to your enquiry and, if you want one, to prepare a quote. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Atlas reviews menus, not residents. No field on this form asks for resident names, charts, diet orders or weights, and you should not put them in the message box. If something of that kind reaches us we delete it rather than keep it.
It is stored in our database in Canada. A notification containing what you wrote is sent to us through Resend, our email provider, whose servers are in the United States — so your enquiry crosses the border in that email and may be accessible to authorities there under the laws that apply to it.
While we are in contact about your enquiry, and for a period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
Email privacy@nutraplanner.com and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — you do not need an account with us to do any of that, and we do not charge for it.
Atlas is a service of NutraPlanner, and NutraPlanner’s full privacy policy covers the company as a whole. This page describes the Atlas enquiry form specifically, because that is the only thing on this site that collects anything about you.
