How it works
After your enquiry, we arrange a call to discuss your menu and deadline. Have your current menu ready; recipes are helpful but not required. We agree the scope, timing and fee before starting.
We organise the material, clarify questions with you, and carry out the dietitian-led review.
Your menu and review documents give your team a reference for understanding the findings and planning its next steps.
Before you enquire
Start with just your current menu. Recipes are helpful if you have them, but are not required. Please leave resident-identifying information out of your enquiry.
We arrange a call to discuss your menu, deadline and review scope, then confirm the fee and timing before work begins.
Expedited review may be available for an additional fee. Tell us about your deadline when you enquire; we confirm availability and pricing during your call.
Your review includes up to three rounds of revisions to address the findings within the agreed review scope. Major menu changes or additional review work are scoped and priced separately.
The service is led by Fraser Nutrition, with Folio supporting the work and delivery. You do not need to operate the review software yourself.
The review addresses the agreed menu and supporting information. It documents its scope and limitations; it is not a facility inspection or a guarantee of compliance. Day-to-day food service and implementation remain the facility’s responsibility.
