Many homes plan menus in software, often MealSuite, CBORD or a spreadsheet built up over years. A review does not need any of that re-keyed. Send what your system produces, and the dietitian works from it, returning findings that refer to your items as your system names them.
- Any readable export works: a spreadsheet, a CSV file, a Word document or a PDF report from your menu software.
- Findings use your item names, so your team can make changes in the system it already uses.
- Nothing is installed, and no system is replaced.
What to send
- The cycle menu as your system exports it: spreadsheet, CSV, Word or PDF.
- Recipes or recipe reports, if your system holds them. They help but are not required.
- Any texture-modified or therapeutic menus your system produces alongside the regular one.
Please send menu exports only. Diet orders, resident lists and other reports that name residents are not needed and should be left out.
If the export itself needs converting for another system, that is custom integration work.
