Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan — full access, unlimited clients, no credit card required. It starts as soon as your email address is confirmed — right away if you sign up with Google. Add a card during the trial to continue on a paid plan, or do nothing and your account simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. Separately, your first paid charge is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — see the Terms of Service.
Do I need a separate recipe tool or scheduling tool?
No. NutraPlanner bundles your own recipes, the meal-plan builder, the dietary-filter engine, branded client plans (on paid plans), and scheduling links into one subscription — so you can replace a multi-app stack with a single tool.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Free, Starter, and Professional at any time as your client roster grows or shrinks. Your data and recipes stay put.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access through the end of your billing period. There is no long-term contract.
What currency are prices in?
All plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
